What Pairs with Mar Azul Coffee Tequila
By Mar Azul Tequila · March 30, 2026 · 4 min read
Built on a family recipe, Mar Azul Coffee is dusk in a bottle: roasted coffee and mocha laced through soft vanilla and agave. It's dessert and digestif at once, which makes pairing it a pleasure.
On the plate
- ·Dark chocolate: the bittersweet edge meets the mocha note for note.
- ·Flan or tres leches: creamy desserts soften the roast.
- ·Toasted pecans or a cheese board, for something less sweet.
Time and occasion
This is an after-dinner spirit. Pour it neat or over a single large cube once the table has gone quiet, or build it into a Medianoche (our espresso-martini riff) when the evening calls for one more. It's the pour for the slow end of the night.
One rule: serve it a touch below room temperature. A little chill tightens the sweetness and lets the coffee lead.
